This case arises upon a bill in equity filed by Edwin L. Brady against The Atlantic Works, a corporation of Massachusetts, having workshops and a place of business in Boston, praying for an account of profits for building a dredge-boat in violation of certain letters-patent granted to the complainant bearing date Dec. 17, 1867,'’ and for an injunction to restrain tbe defendants from making, using, or selling any dredge-boat in violation of said letters-patent.
