MANTON, Circuit Judge.

The Burge patent, No. 930,527, was issued August 10, 1909, on an application filed March 17, 1909, and is for an automatically adjustable insula^ tor house fixture. The transmission of electrical energy for lighting, telephone, and power requirements is in great part conveyed by overhead service lines. At intervals, these lines are tapped by feed lines leading to the. house or building to be supplied with current.
