A jury found defendant Ronald J. Cestnik guilty on eight counts of a multi-count indictment involving the distribution of marijuana. Defendant was convicted in count I of conspiracy to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 841(b)(l)(B)(vii), 846; in count II of conspiracy to launder money in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371; in counts III through VI of aiding and abetting money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 1956(a)(l)(A)(i); in count VIII of distributing a controlled substance to a person under 21 in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1),…
