Kim Heath (Claimant) petitions for review of a decision of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) which denied her benefits under the “Heart and Lung Act”.1 We affirm for the reasons set forth below.

Claimant was employed by the Board as a parole agent at Graterford Prison (Gra-terford). Claimant’s immediate supervisor at Graterford was Calvin Ogletree, Jr. (Ogletree), whose immediate supervisor was James Newton (Newton).
