The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections (Department) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) denying the Department’s petition to terminate Brenda Wagner-Stover’s (Claimant) workers’ compensation benefits.
