Plaintiff-Appellant Karen Bryson appeals the grant of summary judgment to Defendant-Appellee Regis Corporation 1 on Bryson’s claims of (1) retaliation in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.; (2) retaliation in violation of the Kentucky Civil Rights Act (“KCRA”), Ky.Rev.Stat. § 344.010 et seq.; and (3) disability discrimination in violation of the KCRA, Ky.
