The facts surrounding this controversy are as follows: Harry P. Friedman and Morris A. Friedman are brothers and had been engaged in business as copartners under the firm name and style of the Friedman Company. A corporation had also been formed, known as the Prince Knitting Mills Co., Inc., and in which the brothers each owned one-half of the capital stock. The corporation was carried on in the same manner as the copartnership between the brothers, each of whom was equally interested in both the copartnership and the corporation. It was determined to close the affairs of both organizations.…
