Defendant was convicted upon an information charging him with the crime of robbery. He appeals from the judgment alone.
On the night of August 2, 1913, defendant, who had been to the city of Los Angeles, alighted from a suburban electric car at a point near the town of Whittier, from which point he started to walk to the farm where he was employed as a dairyman.
