INTRODUCTION

¶ 1 Travis Bowen filed this petition for extraordinary relief requesting a declaratory judgment to void an Order of Public Reprimand issued by the Office of Professional Conduct, order a retraction of the public report of the reprimand printed in the Utah Bar Journal, and remand this matter to the Utah Bar with instructions to proceed by way of formal complaint in the district court.
