The Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland (“AGC”), acting through Bar Counsel, filed a Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action (“Petition”) against Respondent Joseph C. Ruddy, Jr. Bar Counsel charged Ruddy with violating the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct (“MRPC”) in his capacity as personal representative of the estate of his aunt, Mary Fitzsimmons.
