MEMORANDUM DECISION
JAMES H. THOMPSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the court on creditor Steven Haley’s motion 1 to determine the nature and extent of a lien on money now in the possession of the Chapter 7 trustee. 2 The money represents the amount received by the trustee from the compromise of a fraudulent conveyance action involving a prepetition transfer of the debtor’s inventory.
JURISDICTION
