ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AND MUTUAL RELEASE AND MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

On December 6, 1990, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Summary Judgment and on December 11, 1990, a Motion for Approval of Settlement and Mutual Release. Creditor Union Fish Co. filed a Memorandum in Opposition to Motion for Approval of Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release.
