In stage one of this litigation between the Plaintiff, the Trustee in Bankruptcy (TRUSTEE) for both PEARSON INDUSTRIES, INC. (PEARSON) and INDUSTRIAL AND MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING, INC. (IME), 1 and the Defendant, McCORD AUTO SUPPLY, INC. (McCORD), the parties filed cross motions for summary judgment on the issues of liability, reserving any issues of damages.
