THIS MATTER came before the Court on August 30, 1982, for trial on the claims and counterclaims raised by the pleadings in an adversary proceeding filed by the Trustee on March 24, 1982. All parties were properly before the Court, and there is no issue concerning the Court’s jurisdiction over the parties or the subject matter.
