WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.
Jan Calder filed suit against TCI Ca-blevision of Missouri, Inc. (TCI) alleging that she was terminated because of her age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, and the Missouri Human Rights Act, Mo.Rev.Stat. §§ 213.010-213.137. The district court 1 granted sum mary judgment to TCI, and Calder appeals. We affirm.
