Kristen Dhyne sued her former employer, Meiners Thriftway, Inc. (“Meiners”), asserting claims of co-worker sexual harassment and retaliation discrimination in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and the Missouri Human Rights Act (“MHRA”), Mo.Rev.Stat. §§ 213.010 et seq. After a jury trial, the district court1 granted judgment as a matter of law dismissing Dhyne’s claims for punitive damages and retaliation.
