Plaintiff Davis & Associates, Inc. (“Davis”) sues defendant Health Systems Management, Inc. (“HMS”), on a number of grounds arising from HMS’s alleged breach of an agreement to jointly deliver and market revenue maximization services to governmental entities and health care providers.
