This is an adversary proceeding brought by the chapter 11 trustee (the “Trustee”) and Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee,” and together with the Trustee, “Plaintiffs”) appointed in the chapter 11 case of MarketXT Holdings Corp.
