ORDER

TIDWELL, District Judge.

The above-styled action has been brought under the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (hereinafter “ERISA” or “the Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. The plaintiff is claiming certain benefits allegedly due and owing him under the J. A. Majors Company Employees’ Profit Sharing Plan. Several motions are presently pending.
