According to her complaint, the plaintiff, Kim Lohnes (“Lohnes”), was hired as an account executive in the fall of 2000 by the defendant, Darwin Partners, Inc. (“Darwin”), a staffing agency that places workers with other companies. As an account executive, her job was to sell customers the services of temporary workers in the computer field, which Darwin would then hire and place at these companies on a contract basis.
