The Plaintiff, Joel Beaule (“Beaule”), commenced this action to recover the sum of $1,617.07, the amount of unpaid commissions/bonuses from the Defendant, M.S. Inserts and Fasteners Corp. (“M.S. Inserts”), as well as treble damages, interest and attorneys fees. He brought this action under the Wages Act, also alleging breach of contract, money had and received, and conversion (the last three claims are derivative of the first).
