This is an appeal by the Los Angeles Savings Bank, a corporation, from an order of the superior court, granting an application of the Los Angeles Trust Company for authorization to change its name to “Los Angeles Trust & Savings Bank,” made under the provisions of sections 1275-1279 of the Code of- Civil Procedure.
