The trustee in bankruptcy of two out of three entities which sold their car rental businesses to the plaintiff, Dynasty Express Corp. d/b/a General Rent-A-Car Corp. (“Dynasty”), has moved for a partial summary judgment dismissing the first, second and ninth claims in Dynasty’s adversary action.
