The plaintiff began this suit on February 16, 1927, against the defendants to set aside a certain deed dated January 13, 1926, made by the defendant John P. Lynn to his wife, Mary A. Lynn, conveying certain real estate in Osage county, Okla., and also a power of attorney made at the same time by said defendants to the defendant L. V. Stangl, it being alleged that the plaintiff was a creditor of the defendant John P.
