MEMORANDUM OPINION

EMMET G. SULLIVAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a former employee of the District of Columbia Department of Corrections (“DOC”), initiated this action by filing a pro se complaint alleging that she was terminated for discriminatory reasons and in retaliation for filing a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”)- She names as defendants Anthony Williams, former Mayor of the District of Columbia, and S.
