MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD W. ROBERTS, District Judge.
Plaintiff brings this employment discrimination action against the Public Printer, 1 United States Government Printing Office, and defendant moves to dismiss or, in the alternative for summary judgment. On the basis of defendant’s motion, plaintiffs opposition, and the entire record of this case, defendant’s motion to dismiss will be denied, and his summary judgment motion will be granted.
