This action was commenced before a justice of the peace in the city of Tulsa. Originally the plaintiff was a corporation, to wit, the American Finance Company, in the bill of particulars alleged to be an Oklahoma corporation. W. O. Bill- ingsley was the defendant. A change of venue was taken to the court of another justice of the peace, and thereupon the for-' mer justice of the peace appeared as defendant’s attorney.
