Plaintiff in error, as plaintiff. commenced this action against the defendant in error, as defendant, in the district court of Osage county upon a certain promissory note dated July 26, 1917, in the sum of $535, with interest at the rate of six per cent, per annum from date, the principal being due in bi-weekly installments of $20.50. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
