GARDNER, Circuit Judge.

In this ease the appellant, as executrix of the -estate of her husband, Henry Clifford Stone, seeks to recover from the appellee, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad Company, $30,000, as damages on account of the death of her husband, resulting from a collision between the automobile which he was driving and a train of the appellee, at a highway crossing near Princeton, Scott county, Iowa.
