MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER 1
HOMER, United States Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiff, a former employee of defendant Quad/Graphics, Inc. [hereinafter Quad], alleges that he was discriminated against by the defendants on the basis of his race, religion, national origin and ethnicity beginning in August 1990 and continuing through his last day of work on July 12, 1993. Plaintiff seeks compensatory and punitive damages, and declaratory and injunctive relief under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 2000e, 2 as well as under the New York Human Rights Law, N.Y.Exec.L. § 296 (McKinney Supp.1996). 3 Presently pending…
