We will hereinafter refer to the plaintiff in error as defendant.

An information in six counts was filed in the district court of the City and County of Denver, in which defendant was charged in the first four counts with of fenses under the so-called indecent liberties statute. In the fifth and sixth counts defendant was charged with having exhibited and published obscene and lewd photographs and drawings.
