The original hill in this case was filed to secure the specific performance of a contract entered into by the lumber company and the railway company to have certain extensions of the line of the railway company made into the timber lands of the lumber company. The trust company is the holder, as trustee, of a mortgage, to secure certain bonds issued by the railway company, and is resisting the specific performance of the contract.
