This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, the Court grants Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiffs negligence per se claim and overrules Plaintiffs Motion on the same.
