OPINION

SUHRHEINRICH, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Anthony Toth appeals the district court’s denial-of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. However, because Toth agreed to waive his appeal rights, we DISMISS this appeal.

I. Background

Toth was one of fourteen defendants charged with conspiring to steal government property, as part of a scheme to defraud the Veterans Administration (“VA”) of disability benefits.
