{¶ 1} Appellant, Amber Williams, appeals from the judgment of the Medina County Court of Common Pleas. This court reverses.

{¶ 2} This matter centers around ownership of the home located at 3349 Hardwood Hollow in Medina, Ohio. Williams originally owned the property, subject to the mortgage, having received it as a result of a previous divorce. In May 2004, appellee, Fredrick Ormsby, moved into the property with Williams.
