There are two issues presented in this appeal. One is whether the trial court erred in denying International Tours & Travel, Inc. (ITT) leave to amend its complaint seeking an accounting and damages from a former employee, William I. Khalil, and three other defendants. The other is whether the court erred in applying the “clean hands” doctrine to bar recovery by ITT on Khalil’s counterclaim for an accounting.
