Before the Court is a motion for class certification pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 23(b)(2) and 23(b)(3), (Mot. Class Cert., Mar. 19, 2014, ECF No. 227), and an accompanying memorandum of law. (Pl. Mem. Class Cert., Mar. 19, 2014, ECF No. 228). Several individual plaintiffs seek to represent a putative nationwide class of Digital Music purchasers.
