This case is one of first impression in this court. It presents a question on which the decisions of federal courts are in conflict.1 The problem involved is the ascertainment of the just compensation required by the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution, where, in the exercise of *375the power of eminent domain, temporary occupancy of a portion of a leased building is taken from a tenant who holds under a long term lease.
