Debra Nies appeals from a judgment granting sole legal custody of the parties’ two children to respondent Michael Nies.

FACTS

Appellant Debra Nies and respondent Michael Nies were married in 1974. The parties are parents of two children, ages 10 and 8. On June 12, 1984 the parties performed a pro se dissolution pursuant to a stipulation. They stipulated to joint legal and physical custody with respondent having primary physical custody from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., and appellant from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The parties had lived with this arrangement prior…
