The plaintiff appeals from the judgment rendered after the trial court’s granting of the defendant’s motion to strike the plaintiff’s complaint in its entirety.

The plaintiff, Patricia Mora, instituted this action by filing a four count complaint. The first count sought damages for emotional distress which allegedly resulted from the defendant’s refusal to pay workers’ compensation benefits.
