[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION On October 23, 1990, the plaintiff, Lorine Quimby instituted this action against the defendant Kimberly Clark Corporation. The plaintiff's eight count complaint seeks damages and injunctive relief for various common law and statutory causes of action based on the defendant's alleged wrongful conduct in connection with a claim by the plaintiff for worker's compensation benefits.
