OPINION

Plaintiff alleges that she is the chairman of Guild 13 of Doctors’ Hospital, an unincorporated association organized for the purpose of aiding and the raising of funds for the Doctors’ Hospital, a non-profit institution which dis*5penses services to charity cases without charge and that she brings this action on her behalf and on behalf of the members of said association.
This case is before us on motions of the defendant for judgment in her favor on the pleadings upon the ground that the pleadings fails to show a cause of action for declaratory judgment or other equitable…
