BATTAGLIA, Judge.

This appeal arises out of an employment dispute between Gail Wilson and the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (“Department”). We must decide whether Wilson could maintain a mandamus action to enforce an administrative order for her reinstatement when she sought to compel the Department to provide her with back pay, accrued leave, and retirement benefits although the administrative order omitted reference to back pay, accrued leave, and retirement benefits.
