COX, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of officers and enlisted members for larceny and housebreaking, in violation of Articles 121 and 130, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921 and 930, respectively, and was convicted as *122charged, contrary to his pleas. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 6 months, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for 6 months, and reduction to E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence. Later, the confinement was suspended. The Court of Military Review affirmed. 21 M.J. 991 (1986).
