WISS, Judge:

1. After a contested trial, general court-martial members convicted appellant of making a false official statement and of conduct unbecoming an officer concerning his personal relationship with a female enlisted person, in violation of Articles 107 and 133, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 907 and 933, respectively. Thereafter, the members sentenced appellant to a dismissal from the service and a fine of $1,000.
