HARTIGAN, Circuit Judge.

This is a petition by the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order of May 3, 1963, against respondent, finding respondent to have re fused to bargain in good faith with the Union 1 in violation of Section 8(a) (5) and (1) of the Act. The Board found that the strike of respondent’s employees, which began on April 27, 1962, was caused by respondent’s unfair labor practices and ordered respondent to offer reinstatement to the strikers.
