The National Labor Relations Board herein petitions under section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(e) (1964), for enforcement of an order issued by the Board on September 2, 1966, against the MacMillan Ring-Free Oil Company, Inc.
The Board’s decision and order, reported at 160 N.L.R.B. No. 70, included findings that (1) the company had violated subsections 8(a) (1) and (3) of the Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (1), (3) (1964), 1 by withholding the vacation pay of four employees because they were on strike, thereby discriminating against them for…
