W. 0. Moore died testate on April 18, 1940, wMle a resident in the city of Berea in Madison county, and where he had resided since 1924. He left surviving him his widow, Sarah M. Moore, who died since the filing of this appeal, and the cause has been revived as against her in the name of her personal representative. There also survived him his two sons, the appellants, W.
