OPINION

Blume, Justice.

Maud Elizabeth Johnston, on July 9, 1945, duly executed her last will and testament, devising and bequeathing her property, valued at about $26,000.00, to friends, most of them former pupils in music, one of them a woman who had for a long time taken care of the home of testatrix. The latter left no property to her relatives. She died on April 13, 1946. The will was offered for probate by Clyde M. Watts, who was appointed executor in the will.
