Affirming.

This appeal is from a judgment on a directed verdict in favor of tbe appellees at tbe conclusion of tbe appellant’s evidence. Mrs. Teegarden instituted tbe action to have set aside tbe will of her deceased sister, Mary Eliza Webster, on tbe grounds of undue influence and mental incapacity. Tbe decedent was also a sister of tbe appellees, Sallie Webster and G-eorge Webster. She died in 1944 at tbe age of 48. Tbe will under attack was executed in 1930.
